Suspicious activity on my card

Money going in my account is deducted without me knowing, my loan is paid in fully but my money is been deducted. My account has been scammed and hacked. For some reason I was trying to allot for a personal loan to consolidate debt but because of my credit score I used credit karma to order discover it card to upgrade credit score

Accidentally gave info for what I thought was online Banking with BOH

I was enrolling for online banking with BOH thought I was in the right web and link, it asked me the card # pin # and the 3 number code I gave away my info, than just opened email from BOH about it not asking those kind a question and saying if it asked those kind of question it is a scammer. Not to sure but I think my account has been scammed.

I am Juliana P. Torres, I want to report my stolen checking account card (visa card) last Nov 18 2022 here in the Philippines. I am on vacation here starting Nov 12 to Jan 21 2023. I went to public market here in the Philippines and my wallet was stolen with my visa checking card last Nov 18 2022. Please block all transaction coming from the Philippines, don't accept any transactions coming from the Philippines starting Nov 18 till further notice or when I come back to Guam Jan 22 2023. Wired money did not reach recipient

The BOH (Raedeen Itamoto and Victoria alcayde) in Waipahu is not taking any responsibility nor allowing me to cancel the wired transaction nor issuing me the refund. Raedeen said she would call me this morning but I have not heard from her all morning. I asked for her supervisor's name and she was reluctant to give it to me. I insisted and finally she gave me Adam Morris' number and whom I called and found out he was in the Marketing Dept. I am not convinced Mr morris was her boss. This is so unprofessional.

User's recommendation: Bank somewhere else.

Minimal Customer Service

Only one bank in Kihei now, No Sunday banking as well. Customer Service number is at least 15 plus minutes to get to person on phone and the Call Back option is also very long. It seems that with the minimum overhead for bank sizes and minimal electricity you could afford to work on keeping customers happy. To top it off bank line was extremely long and ATM at bank is Out of Order !
